2. Sop-de-Bottom doesn't hit his wife anymore because he can't make a mark on her.
3. The police don't arrest drunks on the weekend because there's not enough jailspace for all the drunks.
4. The whole gang at Mrs. Turner’s café because they all like to take a break from their women's cooking once in a while so they eat away from home.
5. Sterrett and Coodemay order some fried fish, stew beef, and coffee.
6. Coodemay asks the waitress to hold the tray for him while he's eating.
7. The fight starts when Coodemay tries to shove Sop out of his chair.
8. Mrs. Turner tries to refuse Tea Cake’s help because she saw "with dismay that Tea Cake's taking them out was worse than letting them stay in."
9. When everybody decides to make up they all go to Pahokee and leave Mrs. Turner's place a big mess.
10. On Monday morning, Coodemay and Sterrett stopped by and begged Mrs. Turner's pardon profusely and gave her five dollars apiece.
